This area I am in is "rough".. And it's highly populated with drug dealers and addicts. So fights and violence is a regular thing around here.. Transportation is ok the schools a little rough to but the education the kids receive is good.. Livability is a 4 on a 0 to 10 skill 10 being best..
Alot of bad neighborhoods with streets filled with people high on drugs. Doesn't feel safe to walk around
It's a quiet area, clean most of the people there are friendly. I've lived around there for quite some time and I love how peaceful it is compared to other part of the city. There are a lot of bus routes available for anyone who doesn't have a car or reliable transportation.
I been living here for 15 years and cost of living is fair, reliable transportation and great schools.

I would recommend an older friend / family because mature caregivers is big on providing high quality of life for our love ones, also providing high quality care . As one who have seniors in my family I'm big on they care as well as knowing they are promptly being taken care of and being cared for with care and all duties on care plan are being followed the correct way .
