This is Philadelphia. It hasn't been a good city since I was 10. The great city I knew is long gone. Lots of elderly but lots of violence, homelessness, and drama but I have to live here and work hard to get where I need to be. Every day i make it a little bit friendlier because of who I am as a person. Maybe that's not enough but I would be a great employee because I actually care.

This place is age friendly because everybody around here has been living at the same residential for over 20 years so we look at each other as family because we watch generations grow and we watch the younger generations become successful in their career choices
