My neighborhood is very age friendly , I live in a neighborhood where it's about 55-65% elders . Very accessible to public transportations , maximum protection affiliated with police and security.Most neighbors work in healthcare systems. The community is very much engaged with one another .very long termed livable space.

What makes this place unfriendly is just the countless acts of violence in and around the Germantown area.
