I'm not sure
They cater to 45+ and very friendly
Lots of things. This is a 45+ community and we always have 6-25 activities going in. Was shut down thru part of Covid but ppl are even friendlier.
Always ppl n driveway and bar queuing , we sit our10' apart and have drinks/snacks
Middle of block.
It just the BEST
The people are primarily retired and are quick to introduce themselves and inviting. The community has many activities, classes, organizations of various interest.
They have Trilogy which is a very large 55 and older retirement community, also close to Black Stone where there are many retirees. They are also building a large retirement community 2 blocks south of me. We also have large planned development coummunities.
