There are many over-50 residents here, but also a good number of younger, growing families. It's actually a good mix of ages. Everyone gets along and looks out for each other, for the most part.
Lots of different activities and recreation centers
Florida is a retirement state so it's easy to navigate the road. There are multiple activities to occupy your days. Morikami gardens is one of the reasons. When you travel you make friends easily specially with the Elderly. I connect with the Elderly because I was raised by my grandmother.
MOstly I live in a retired area or an area where people have a second vacation home. I'm in a resort community.
There is a wide range of people living in Fl. or moving to every day. Most people really care about each other and what happens to their town.
