First the weather is awesome and much easier on the elderly. There are plenty or handicapped parking spaces everywhere you go. There are community events available for the elderly.
We are located on the Space Coast of Florida and close to Vero Beach, Sebastian and Melbourne. There are a lot of townhomes, mobile parks and snow birds, which I am one of. I live in Maine in the summer and Florida in the winter.
There are a lot of senior citizens in this area.
