Its age friendly when my husband and I bought the house I went through the neighborhood introducing myself so that I could be on a name basis with all our neighbors, I am from Texas so must be a southern thing. somewhat unfriendly have to motivate others to come out and take back control of their yards and homes, love your home so it will love you back and try and pitch in where I am needed.
We are located on the Space Coast of Florida and close to Vero Beach, Sebastian and Melbourne. There are a lot of townhomes, mobile parks and snow birds, which I am one of. I live in Maine in the summer and Florida in the winter.
There are a lot of senior citizens in this area.
The street I live on is mostly retirees, every one is quiet and drives and do a lot of gardening.
The majority of the residents are senior citizens.
The location is conducive to me because my parents have resided there for over 30 years, and have had minimal stress related situations. I also own a home in Palm Bay and find my neighbors charitable and friendly.
