Ottumwa ( ə-TUM-wə) is a city in and the county seat of Wapello County, Iowa, United States. The population was 25,023 at the 2010 census. Located in southeastern Iowa, the city is split into northern and southern halves by the Des Moines River.

i really do not know much about this place i just moved here
The community has a lot of holiday and certain celebrations that all ages attend. The community is very active in helping less fortunate ones. Alot of the neighborhoods are more like communities themselves where everyone socializes with each other and help each other.
i love the place and very quiet and affordable
Companies are willing to hire semi retirees.
