There are older people as well as young ones in this area. Everyone whom I have met has been quite nice. They are homeowners. However, there are a few young punks in the area, renters, who are obnoxious. Unfortunately, several of the large homes in this area have been divided into apartments. All but one or two of these homes that have been broken up into apartments no longer show the majesty they once were.
All of that being said, we have a large, well known high school down the street and an area that could be called town green where at times during the spring, summer & fall you're able to take a lawn chair down & listen to music or visit an art showing or small fair.
