I would recommend the community I live in to older friends and families. My neighbors in I live within a gated community. There is a clean and welcoming park right outside the pool the community shares. All the kids walk from and to school together. We have a marketplace just steps from where we live also.
Good neighboors
Nice and quite
I would most definitely recommend my community to everyone especially my older friends and family. I feel it's very safe, clean and has everything one needs in a community. There is a lot of very nice residential areas and it's also close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, pet stores, buses and clothing stores plus much more. There are also schools and plenty of places always looking to hire ew employees. I've lived in this area for almost 10 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
it is close to many groceries stores, and transportation is easy 1 bus can take you to fremont
