It appears to be a large number of jobs held by people aged over 50.
Everything entertainment recreational everything makes this area age frindely
When ever I shop at nearby stores, people almost always hold the door for me and frequently open the door for me. I have taken care of many clients in this area, and all have been very friendly.
Norristown is very age friendly, the neighborhood has plenty of housing that is close to public transportation if they may use it. We have lots of cookouts for children and block party's during the summer months.
Now that I am older I look at the age and gender of people employed at various companies and doctor offices. I look at the accomodations made for older people in various stores and doctor offices.
