New yorkers tend to be cruel and arrogant.
Its Multi Cultured
The area is age friendly due to lots of cops on streets making area safer. Also there are lots of Elder centers there in this area.
I am a easy going hardworking person , My childhood home was all surrounded with friendly calm good people and peaceful environment in Riverdale Bronx 10471 and still in commutes of traveling in homecare as a caregiver I have so found my ways to learn new neighborhoods just current place I am living in Brooklyn ,the train 5 minutes away and 30 to 40 minutes to Manhattan and close to beach and learning different cultures ,shopping center 5 minutes .I am able to walk feeling safely so far.

IT all ages and some speck and some don't.
Easy access to medical care, excellent public transportation, great ease of shopping and access to social activities. Plus, a supportive community arises within apartment buildings.
