This town is definitely not age friendly. In fact it is the opposite. I have a Master's Degree and I have not found any employment that respects it. In fact most interviews I have attended were not able to look me in the eye during the interview. Some employers actually asked my age during the interview. They didn't have the decency to let me go to the application process, where it would be one of the questions.
