Nashua is a city in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, United States. As of the 2010 census, Nashua had a total population of 86,494, making it the second-largest city in the state (and in the three northern New England states) after Manchester. As of 2016 the population had risen to an estimated 87,882.
Built around the now-departed textile industry, in recent decades it has been swept up in southern New Hampshire's economic expansion as part of the Boston region. Nashua was twice named "Best Place to Live in America" in annual surveys by Money magazine. It is the only city to get the No. 1 ranking on two occasions—in 1987 and 1998.

I'm kind, friendly, caring of others, hard working.
Nashua, NH became my home 24 years go and I love this city! We are on the MA border in So. Nashua and have an easy trip to both Concord, NH and Boston, MA. For convenience to shopping, culture, family activities, and restaurants, you cannot beat it. Walking opportunities abound. The Family Y is a wonderful facility, good for all ages. The downtown area boasts numerous wonderful restaurants. It is a one hour drive to the ocean and a 90 minute drive to the White Mountains. What more could you ask to fill your retirement hours?
A mix of all. Younger families, empty nesters, no children. 1 acre lots, so not too close, very quiet. Everyone says hi, waves to each other. Often a holiday party.
Nashua is a very diverse community with stores, transportation and medical care facilities in close proximity.
