I lived there for more than 20yrs , never had any problems
I feel comfortable living in my community. It is a quiet and clean place. The neighbors are courteous and very welcoming. It is also a safe place to raise your kids.
There are still some disadvantages such as the scarcity of public transportation but this does not prevent it for being good to live here
