very good clean neighborhood next to schools.
retirement!
Mesa, has a less frenetic pace than most of the Phoenix valley. People are friendly and helpful. It is much quieter and has less city noise, like a small town. The streets are quieter and have almost no traffic noise after 11 pm. I prefer to live around other mature and aging people.
This is where everyone from back east comes to winter! :)
My community is not a certified senior community, but mostly well to do seniors (not me) live here.
