The Memphis Aging Commission offers programs that make a difference in the lives of all older adults and adults living with disabilities. From the older person who can remain at home if they receive the right services to those who are healthy and can benefit from the activities and socialization provided by our community-based programs, such as senior centers. Services include:
- Caregiver Information: Caregiver Information educates agencies, consumers, and caregivers about their roles and provides needed resources to them. It is important for caregivers to understand conditions, such as dementia, and to identify services to assist with specific needs.
- Homemaker Services: Services consisting of general household activities and chores and errands essential to the consumer's care are provided by a trained homemaker when the consumer is unable to perform such activities.
- Senior Volunteer Transportation Network: This program partners with agencies across the service area to connect senior riders with verified volunteers for transportation that is affordable, available, and accessible.

Cause the people are friendly to the neighborhood
Great Community
I currently reside in the Whitehaven residential area, just borderline of Southaven,Ms. This area is known for its attraction of Elvis Presley Estate and has lots of dining and shopping malls for leisure. It's quiet and friendly with great schools. Homes and yard maintenance are well kept and large in size for family activities or pets. It's definitely worth exploring.
I don't know too much about this job
Yes and great opportunity also love being a caregiver
