Because I like to work close and not to travel far
the elderly people are friendly but the young kids are not so friendly
I'm new to this area, but it seems like a very good neighborhood. There are lots of daycares, the train station is very close by, the buses run often, the trolley does too. The school is close to my house as well as the library and many other resources.
it varies. every state has friendly age
