This is what I like about this development community:
This is a residential community consisting of only one family residences. The traffic is low so it is easy to walk although there are no sidewalks. The population appears to be primarily Caucasian. Ages range from seniors to families with children. There is a public school bus that picks up and drops off children for school. There is a lot of natural elements that add to a calm atmosphere. The residents are friendly and quiet. Many own and walk dogs -- always on a leash. The one disadvantage is that there is no public transportation. The entrance to the development is off Lee Davis Road which connects with both Pole Green Road to the north and Mechanicsville Turnpike to the south. There are medical facilities near by and a large senior residential community adjacent to the development.
I like it but it is not particularly walk friendly and there is no public transportation available
we have soo much in common!
It is a great combination. We understand how important family is, we are not uptight! (at least with each other). Of course grandchildren are the BEST!!
People in this town are nice , school art the best.Yes
