My area is mostly young adults and ages within 40-50 years.
What makes Manchester CT age friendly is the nice resources we have in our community. We have a library, we have a park, and we have trails. All things that kids and/or the elderly can enjoy. Parks are good for walks and sight-seeing while the library is good for reading. We also have a police station smacked dead in the center of town which I'm sure makes the community feel safer.
The place is very caring people and pay good attention to every situation in at hand.
