It is central to a lot of things that seniors need to live. Examples are several grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, and a senior center connected to elderly services through the town. It is also a safe place to live. I know that on Tuesdays Shoo Rite has a senior discount of 5% off the grocery bills.
It's a lot of elders in the area so a lot of the people in younger we help out like taking out there garbage bins and shoveling their driveway in the winter!! Checking on them weekly and just chatting with them.
Strong community spirit. Good public transportation. Great public parks and recreation. Diversity of ages and cultures.
