Most companies assume if you are over 75 , you are unable or incapable of performing job skills. It is true, the age limits things once easy to do, such as standing all day for retail, lifting, very physical chores, but the mind and responsibility to work and the desire is still there. It is hard to convince owners, but the very young don't show up, don't call in and don't care about their job. Older folks do.
Lufkin need more opportunities for this age group.
