Weather is great.Transportation is good ,considering how vast Los Angeles is. I'm lucky that I've lived in rent controlled apartment for 45 years. Homelessness is a big problem. Not good when you have to walk over people laying on the sidewalk.Employers are very ageist and basically just want to go with youth, because it looks better.
Living in the city of different ethnicity must be careful of yourself.
Los Angeles is the mecca of all places for everybody and anybody
No one is really that aggressive but if you do something wrong or look wrong they get difficult
I would say friendly/unfriendly because different kinds of nationality put a barrier on mankind
