Many high school, elementary, and preschools are found near my area. There is also a park where I see a lot of younger kids playing. There are several food places and cafes nearby that are easily accessible, and you can often see families with kids walking around the area.
There is free public transport with ramps. There are also many grocery stores and an engagement within the community.
My impression of this community is that it is about the same as most communities with regard to public transportation and community resources. We have service organizations here for older people such as Wise and Healthy Aging, and there is a senior center not far away that is located along bus routes. But rents in this neighborhood and in all of west Los Angeles are high. If you're on a fixed income and want to move here, it could be challenging.
transportation is available, community is clean, environment is quite, and there are greens everywhere.
I am generally judge upon my physical appearance. As a Senior Citizen currently drawing monthly Social Security, Human Resources Specialists are reticent to review my education, background, skills, or experience. They generally initiate blanket judgments solely upon appearance. Such actions challenge the 1967 Anti-Age Discrimination Act.
