Good nayborhood.
Community engagement
This place makes it age friendly by adapting its structures and services to be accessible to and inclusive of older people with varying needs and capacities.
Rent is ridiculously high. People double up in apartments so there's a lack of parking. Our schools are funded by property taxes but the majority of the kids live in apartments; and we keep tearing down housesfor more apartments. There's a good Senior Center nearby in Culver City. We have great weather so every homeless person in the country comes here. Most of these homeless people aren't unemployed due to Covid.
I have experience in working with people and helping people and caring for people.
