Livability education
CCISD is a wonderful school district, and I enjoy the convenience of having all stores and businesses within a 5 mile radius. I also moved from Sagemont to League City, and although sometimes I miss city life, it is nice to now be living in the quiet suburbs.
It's a very suburb and quaint area, habitable to all age ranges.
General livability. Working, education, community engagement
Great place
