Age friendly is because when you see your neigh you talk for a few minutes and the unfriendly is because there at work everyone has a different time when there home.
Since I moved there, I don't see anyone outside in there yard. I don't know why they are unfriendly.
Its a nice community to live in,its friendly nice people of all ages and all races.Also theres a lot of sports and schools in the neighborhood
