We have well trained community on age related field. The community is sensitive to the needs of the aged and aging generations.
My neighborhood is a well established one with many retirees, frequently seen walking with a significant other, and their pets. I see no children out and about and many people wave or say hello when I take my dog for a walk in a mobility scooter.
Engaging City Hall, wonderful community center with a lot of senior activities, affordability in both housing and amenities such as restaurants.
Easy to get around and close to retail stores and grocery shopping
A lot of retired military
Education and working conditions
Multiple single dwelling homes with variety of ages living in the neighborhood. People of all ages coming and going to work, school, and higher education.
