People are friendly. The neighborhood has many stores and restaurant within walking distance. Public transport is very close by. Traffic can be a bit trying. Especially during the rush periods.
A lot is available in Kissimmee, but many things are not. There is a lot of growth, but the infrastructure including roads are way behind, Traffic is horrible.
East Osceola, is a very warm and welcoming city. There is a lot of diverse things and people to see.
No transportation. A lot of non English speaking people who are not very pleased if you don't speak your language. Need a car to get around. Not really much in walking dustance.
