I have been a special education teacher for 23 years. I am compassionate and empathetic. I love working with seniors because they have so much to teach me. I have learned so much about patience and kindness from them and I have a positive attitude towards working with the elderly. I want to help people and this is what I have been doing for the past 34 years and I like to help people get better. I am reliable, dependable and responsible. I love surrounding people with care. After receiving my teacher certification, I was hired by Houston ISD, Richmond State School (Texas Department Of mental Health and Mental Retardation), I have done private duties. I have worked with children with autism, Alzheimer's patients and people with disabilities. I have learned how important it is to listen to my clients and respect their wishes. I am available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some weekends, and I am very flexible and willing to work any shift. There is great deal of major construction for miles and difficult to get out of neighborhood. I am moving in October due to this reason . Average age of residents is 35 and a lot of kids . I prefer an older community
