I have friends and family that live in the Katy area. I also work in Cypress which is a neighboring community. I think that that the Katy area a perfect place for the elderly. There are beautiful shopping areas and beautiful parks located here.
Care- to be able to care for and help others is outstanding
Family oriented and great schools
This comment is beautiful! It's nice and quiet. Very clean and open. There is a lot of places to explore around here and see! Very peaceful!
GLENCAIRN is a seasoned area of katy...I have raised my children there as a single parent . The community is quiet but also loud in keeping the neighborhood free from extra activity ...my children were in elementary when I moved here and now they are adults still living in the same community with their families. I like the changes in the surrounding schools as well as the mixed communities...average homeowner age if I had to guess would be 40 and over.
