Peaceful, minimal violence or disruption to normal lifestyle routines
Nothing better then caring for someone
Caring & giving, seems like everyone at least tries to help one another in some kind of way. Friendly
I feel my neighborhood is age friendly because we have a mix of all different ages that love here. And, we help each other keep our community clean. It's always pretty quite as well.
Kalamazoo, Michigan is "above and beyond" in virtually every measure: school systems, healthcare, city and county services, fun and intellectual activities, shopping, easy travel access, you name it. I have always enjoyed the change in seasons and this year has been the best weather I can remember in 25 years---mostly cool Spring and enough rain to make farmers jump for joy delivering harvest bounty, even all over Michigan! I am honor role in college locally, have 10 degrees and certificates, am working on 11th & 12th and just plain enjoy nature and life while serving my whole life in Kalamazoo. I invite anyone to check us out and enjoy countless things to see and do while considering our part of the world to visit and nest in.
