The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

Our community of Glenshire is age friendly, because we have raised our children, and our children have gone to college or taken up a trade and/or moved away, and we remain.

Everything about the company name itself states age friendly. It's senior care no matter the livability, care, or education they have because everyone has a heart! Every heart pump blood to we all are humans and some people seem to forget but not myself this is my passion!

Houston is a very age friendly place because you can find people of all ages and relate or be able to simply bond with.
