The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

Every one helps each other out when needed even without knowing each other if someone need to go somewhere will take with no problem

There are multiple retirement communities around Houston, which I've had the pleasure to work at one, that unite people of all different backgrounds together.

There are a lot of gated communities near by, I just moved here so far it seems age friendly based of the people, the community, and the beliefs

It is a very welcoming community that has great scenery and local markets that are accessible.

My neighborhood is age friendly because we have everything is conveniently close by, we have lakes, and also big tracks for those enjoy the walk.
