The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

Houston is a melting pot of all races and cultures. In the past I have worked with seniors and really exchanged our joys with one another. This job help not only the seniors but me as well when it comes to patience when driving. To bring a smile to their faces warms my heart.

Houston is a very age friendly town due to the fact that Houston natives still reside in the area also there are many adults and young adults that relocate to start a new life

The community supports and gives back to those who are less fortunate, and has lots of nice places you can go out and enjoy a good evening with friends and family.
