The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

I believe my neighborhood is age friendly because we are very help towards our elderly neighbors. And we do our best at helping one another ! For example one day my elderly neighbor did not have money for medication and I helped her get her meds because I knew it was something she need so dearly. And she was so happy and grateful and that made me feel good inside .

This place is age friendly because of its fast paced business culture beautiful schools and luxurious town homes the area is absolutely clean

I'm a new resident I just moved from Florida but from what I have seen already it is very age friendly I haven't seen a reason for it not to be
