The Niels Esperson Building is the only complete example of Italian Renaissance architecture in Downtown Houston. Designed by theater architect John Eberson, the Esperson building was built in 1927. It's elaborately detailed with massive columns, great urns, terraces, and a grand tempietto at the top, similar to one built in the courtyard of San Pietro in Rome in 1502.
His wife Mellie Esperson had the building constructed for her husband, Niels, a real estate and oil tycoon, and his name is carved on the side of the building, above the entrance, in large letters.

There's tons of amartmenta and business in the area. Opportunity and bus lines. Schools in the area and good families!

The apartment complex that I live in is very peaceful at night. I have been living there for 3 years and never once had an incident.

I worked in childcare for about years and willing to stepped outside of my comfort zone and work with the elderly. I am very caring and went to school for education but wasn't able to finish and now I am going to school for Medical Assistant. I been taken lyft until I am capable of getting transportation
