I am a woman of a particular age. Retired but healthy and is able to work. Cant find full or part time employment.when I call seeking employment everyone speak wonderful and tell me how wonderful my work history is and they would like to review my resume.I have 30 years customer service with a highly reputable company and anoth 7 with another reputable company, but once my resume gets to their desk they can tell my age from things like my graduation dates and other things associated with my information, the temperature gets cold and you hear that they are no longer hiring but will keep my resume till they start hiring again. I am frustrated because I am capable and want to work. I tried registering for school and that was no different.
