This town penalizes homeowner tax-paying residents. We have to show proof of resident with State ID or utility bill while loafers with none loiter, deface and diminish properties and values with trash and litter. They hang out on my block, do degrade residents home and peddle their wares to strangers who come into our community (block) just for their illegally sold substances. Residents 65, older and younger, have no voice. Town administrators are inept and derelik in duty. There isn't a decent store for shopping or places for wholesome entertainment. These misplaced people roam and loaf all over this once beautiful town. I want to leave as well as other law abiding residents; however, I finances are tied up in the homes we live in. Please help. The five item categories would all be considered the rating below zero!
