I did in home childcare for 15 years. I also cared for my uncle that passed due to cancer last year. I am very nurturing and caring. I love to help people.

Gonzales has everything you need and still close enough to Baton Rouge, for more shopping etc.,.

The area is a quiet apartment community. Most of the people here are friendly and helpful. I live in a building that is set up for older people. It is basically close to everything you might want like, restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, different types of shopping malls and directly across from a hospital. But, the area still remains nice, quiet, and almost country-like.

Well…I have seen better places I would want my parents to live when they are elderly. Here, the care the elderly group get is less than satisfactory. I would hope that my parents could move to a senior community in another parish or if ever they had to move to a nursing home, I hope they can come to New Orleans were I believe the care is more conducive to brightening the patients spirit.
