Safe
The neighborhood is safe to walk around. It's quiet and clean. You don't hear any dogs or loud dogs.
Great neighborhood
Police do nothing about crime and vandalism as experienced living in this area old Glenwood area. Not a safe for senior citizens. High real estate taxes along with high local government spending with no concern for taxpayers. Also Home Ruled government so impossible to sell your house without excessive inspections and fees given to them along with revenue stamps added to expenses. My parents would have brought a home here if they knew it would be so hard to sell and move from this area.
Little or no senior activities for senior citizens to participate in. Neighbors are not concerned about others. Constant dogs barking in neighborhood. Train constantly gridlocks the Main Street in town.
It's a small city and friendly neighborhoods for elderly people. Quiet with many shopping areas
