I have lived in El Paso Tx. all my life and have only known the city to
strong and united...
Age friendly is the area of where I stay, the families in the neighborhood respect who is around them, and when passing, they say hello or wave. Age Unfriendly, will be people who do not know who you are and unsure to determine if you are a resident or visitor in the neighborhood.
There's many caregiving agencies providing care to elderly people in need of help.
