This city is overwhelming car-dependent, which is not age friendly. It is dangerous for people on bikes as almost all the bike infrastructure (where it exists) does not meet NACTO guidelines for safe-access-for-all (including those with disabilities). It does have a pretty good sidewalk network, although significant parts of it are not wheelchair-accessible and intersections are extremely dangerous. It has limited bus access with long headways and undignified bus stops. It does have two convenient mass transit stations for train access, however.
