I live around of elderly people and people that has kids and 2 family households. The commute is easy to and from.
I love working with people mainly older people are having a compassion for it and I enjoy talking and interacting with them making them smile.
It's not safest neighborhood. It's elderly people that have raised their children and now they grandchildren come and visit. Things have changed a lot.
