Very Open to all ethnic and eceonomic group, Has a lot of beaches and parks to walk around, has a lot of opportunities for different age groups to mix, therefore helping each other. Has great access to medical , therapeutic, and ageing care. Is located within a big urban area with grat Universities .

Too many fabulous amenities to count; i.e. Golf Courses, Award-Winning newly renovated Club house with huge Theatre, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools and spas, saunas, beauty salon
