I believe this area is age friendly because there is a substantial amount of seniors, and retirees in the general area. There are community programs for people of all ages.
This is an age friendly environment because it has several different activities and community engagement
I live in a country club but the president is over 86 yrs old and does very little for the entertainment of the residents. It's a shame since the place is loaded with meeting rooms, bocci ball court huge outdoor bbq area 18 hole golf course tennis swimming, etc. Other country clubs I have visited have daily activities for everyone. I think he is more interested in having the control and power of his role vs. supplying the residents with activities that they could enjoy for the monthly maintenance fee.
Lot rent is to expensive!
This is a greatly friendly environment full of caring & kind hearted individuals. It's extremely peaceful, has beautiful scenery and is also pet friendly considering if you have pets. I would highly recommend living here.
