The people are kind and respectful of others
Cause I have my family living there with me
People see you they speak. Keep a smile on face .Give good compliments. Ask if need to help toward something or someone . Unfriendly is when you try to care for them and they just make it hard for you by rejecting the right care you are told to provide them with. Or they don't like young people to care for them but that's all the company have at the moment to care for them so they give you a hard time.
I used to live there
Because at this time in life people are coming together. I love to help anyone in any age friendly community. I know some day I will walk in elder people shoes some day. We all will get old some time to where we might need a little more care then others. You must love what kind of job you do before you get hire anywhere is what I was taught.
