Livability, work etc
One a bus line pleenty of schools and local shopping within walking distance
The immediate neighborhood that I live in have residents who have lived there for many years. They are all up in age and appeared to be very friendly from my experience
I would consider age-friendly because its very open to any age group. There's alot of kid friendly and adult age things to do.
Too many rude people.
