Community engagement, everyone seem to be very friendly and kind.
Everyone looks out for each other. They have community meetings about the neighborhood.
People care about each other.. neighbours are very nice and lots of community activities.
Our community is age friendly because mistvof the home owners are older and have lived there for many many years.
Quiet neighborhood, not very close to public transportation so there isn't much random activity. I take my daughter to school everyday, and we go to the park near by if it isn't too cold and I haven't experienced any problems.
