Cleveland is a city in Bradley County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 41,285 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat and largest city in Bradley County, and the principal city of the Cleveland, Tennessee metropolitan area (consisting of Bradley County and neighboring Polk County), which is included in the Chattanooga-Cleveland-Dalton combined statistical area. Cleveland is the fourteenth largest city in Tennessee and the fifth-largest industrially with thirteen Fortune 500 manufacturers.

The area us pretty quite, I relocated to East Tn from West TN and it's close to shopping, churches, the library, and parks. The University students are polite and everyone pretty much tend to themselves
Weatherly Switch is a nice place to live out in the country.

It's quite and in the area of the local university. There's are housing tower apts in the heart of the university for the elderly or disabled and security is always nearby
